Hospitality strategist and operations expert Temilola Daramola founded Teleya Hospitality to help restaurants, venues, and lifestyle brands streamline their operations, elevate service, and scale with confidence. Her consulting work focuses on building structure, training teams, and curating experiences that leave a lasting impression.
She’s held leadership roles at iconic establishments like Taj Lounge, Minton’s Playhouse, and Tao Group Hospitality, where she oversaw fast-paced service, large teams, and multi-million dollar food and beverage operations.
Inspired by her Caribbean heritage, Temilola blends real world strategy with cultural insight to help hospitality businesses grow from the inside out.

As the former Senior Nightlife Food & Beverage Manager at Tao Group’s Magic Hour, she became known for transforming chaos into clarity, building top-performing teams, and elevating the guest experience.
Today, she leads Teleya Hospitality Group — a consulting and events brand inspired by her Caribbean roots and driven by a vision: to help venues operate with excellence, style, and soul.
